my work reflects personal stories, connections, and the reprieve found in shared experiences. i'd like to examine the hidden moments that shape identity. drawing inspiration from the world and an intimate perspective of the journey, i hope to evoke strong emotional responses, using facial expressions and distortions to convey complex ideas.

can't say that I was consciously influenced by the pop art movement, but perhaps subconsciously, as all things popular culture become a shorthand in communication. how simple can an image be, a message, how bold is its imprint? does it connect with everyone regardless of background?
